It’s an exciting time to join our small team and help shape the future of dotte.Job DescriptionAbout you:You are a community minded, data driven, multi-channel marketeer who can focus on building an engaged community of advocates, who loves nothing more than pursuing growth.Ideally you’ll have at least 3 years under your belt, but you’ll be hungry to make your own mark and help build a growth engine from scratch. You’re experienced and confident enough to help shape our overarching Growth Strategy, but also happy to roll up your sleeves and pitch in at all levels. We’re a start up after all.With a focus on community building, acquisition, performance marketing and hypothesis testing, you’ll be the perfect complement to our Brand Marketing Lead who is all about brand positioning, content and engagement. We want you two to be the dream team, so close collaboration is absolutely critical to this role. As is trust and transparency.Ideally you're already a resale convert, having sold on depop, Vestiaire, Grailed, Ebay, Vinted etc.The purpose of this role:To increase supply and demand by project managing, implementing and reporting on growth experiments and work streams across the businessWork across the team to constantly test, revise and improve our Growth StrategyTo manage a Growth Intern on implementing and tracking experiments, referrals and digital marketing activityRole and responsibilitiesDrive early stage customer acquisition with strategic direction and tactical execution of paid and organic channelsUtilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsDesign and implement tracking plans, interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions across product and growthUncover and leverage new emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growthWork with the Founders and the Marketing Team to drive our product improvements and continuously optimise customer journeys and conversion funnelsWork with the Brand Marketing Lead to test and refine the Growth StrategyTrain and manage a Growth Intern to implement and track growth experiments and initiativesDesign and implement tracking plans, interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to help inform decisions across product and growthUpdating the team and reporting on paid marketing performanceQualificationsRequirements3+ years growth/digital marketing experienceEntrepreneurial, with an enthusiasm for early-stage startupsIn-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updatesRelevant technical skills or knowledge include coding skills, Google Analytics, Google Tag ManagerAnalytical mindset and data-loving is essentialD2C experienceCommunity growth, management or engagement experiencePassionate about sustainability or the circular economyExperience working for a marketplace is preferableAdditional InformationWe have an employee option pool and we're a friendly bunch :) #J-18808-Ljbffr
