OverviewNational New Business Development Manager role at Flogas Britain. You will help large national accounts with their dynamic energy needs, deliver long-term strategy for new and existing accounts, and lead internal and external relationships to promote our portfolio in the New Energies market to support customers on their path to net zero.The candidate will need to be proficient in providing technically based engineering solutions to our customers.What we’ll need from youYou will support the creation and delivery of the National Accounts New Business strategy in line with the Commercial VisionDevelop and deliver the new business strategy for specific customers and channels in the National Accounts portfolioManage the profitable growth and retention of National Accounts in line the organisational strategyOwn negotiations with National Account customers to ensure the best long-term outcome for Flogas Britain.Deliver long term sustainable new business growth in line with business targets through effective commercial management working closely with the Commercial finance team to deliver business return on investment targetsMonthly review of all P&L metrics with appropriate planning and interventions put in place to ensure achievement of company goalsTo work closely with the design and project management team ensuring on time and on budget project deliveryTo deliver a new energies target selling the full portfolio of equipment and solutions that we can provide both new and existing customers.Proven experience of selling engineering based technical solutionsProven experience of working within a professional customer focused environmentProven experience of working within a field-based sales roleProven experience of working with complex national accountsProven experience of working with senior decision makersProven understanding of solution based selling techniquesDemonstrate ability to achieve targets and maintain marginFull Valid UK Driving LicenceExperience of working within a demanding blue-chip organisation, with a proven track record of wins at a national levelA base understanding of engineering principles i.e. engines, power generation etcAbility to understand financial dataHigh level of numeracyCommitted, persuasive and personable with fluent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of IT competency and experience of Microsoft packages including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Power PointWhat you’ll get from usYou matter.
