Campaign Analyst/Media Buyer Department: Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full Time Location: Belgrade, Serbia Description Are you passionate about crafting impactful advertising strategies? We’re looking for a Campaign Analyst to join our team and take charge of planning and purchasing advertising space across diverse media platforms. Your mission: connect with our target audience and drive marketing objectives through smart, data-driven decisions. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external media vendors to deliver effective, efficient campaigns that make a real impact. Key outcomes of the role Conduct research to understand target demographics, market trends, and competition Purchase ad space while adhering to campaign objectives Monitor and manage the advertising performance for each campaign Optimise spending to maximize the return on investment Create high-performing media for campaigns Verify that ad content complies with industry regulations and standards Analyse campaign performance data to assess the effectiveness of media placements Make data-driven decisions for adjustments and improvements Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media platforms, and changes in consumer behaviour to adapt media strategies accordingly About you Have a passion for media buying Bring demonstrable experience in buying, advertising, or marketing Enjoy a fast-paced environment Bring the experience of media buying software Be curious, research, and ask questions Be results and target driven Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing Have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Be a creative thinker, always thinking “how can we” Show a strong desire to succeed and make a difference Experience and skills that will help you succeed A proven track record of being a successful media buyer, specifically focusing on Facebook Ads Strong record of managing and scaling profitable campaigns with significant spend ($10k+ month budgets) Previous experience in Search Arbitrage, Social Media Marketing, Native Advertising, E-commerce, Lead Generation and Affiliate Marketing Expert-level knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager Proficient in campaign setup, A/B testing, bid strategies, and conversion tracking Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel What's in it for you?
