In this role, you'll play a key part in managing capital projects from start to finish, ensuring funding requests move smoothly through the approval process, tracking project spend and supporting accurate asset reporting. Key Responsibilities Managing and monitoring capital funding requests, ensuring all documentation is accurate and approvals progress on time. Comparing actual spend against forecasts to help maintain financial control and highlight variances. Following up on outstanding payments and supporting timely processing of financial obligations. Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies by working closely with internal teams and external partners. Requirements Experience in finance, accounting, asset management or a similar analytical role. Strong ability to interpret data, manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. Confident communicator who can work with stakeholders across various teams. Familiarity with ERPing platforms, SAP experience is a bonus.
