As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children aged 0-5 years. Be prepared to play and be curious Must hold a relevant level 2 or level 3 in childcare. Duties Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that cater to the developmental needs of young children. Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children, ensuring their well-being at all times. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning experience. Maintain accurate records of children's activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to build strong relationships within the community. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education. Skills Previous experience working with children in a childcare or nursery environment is essential. A solid understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Ability to create engaging learning activities that stimulate children's curiosity and creativity. A nurturing attitude towards children, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
