Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist We have an opportunity for a musculoskeletal physiotherapist looking to enhance their clinical & non‑clinical knowledge & skills to join our innovative musculoskeletal physiotherapy team, finalists in the 2024 HSJ awards. Learning & Development Opportunities Regular clinical supervision and daily APP & pain service question time In‑service training and individualized training such as funded MSc modules, plus weekend courses Band 6 MSK development programme We offer MSK physiotherapy outpatient rotations at Homerton Hospital, St Leonards, City & Hackney community clinics and Ludwig Guttmann Centre (Olympic Park). Our Wider MSK Teams GP, consultant & self‑referred outpatient physiotherapy services Post‑orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation, sports medicine, musculoskeletal ultrasonography, shockwave, virtual fracture clinic, non‑medical prescribers & persistent pain service Close working relationships with radiology, rheumatology, orthopaedics, podiatry & emergency medicine Specialist physiotherapy assessment of patients with diverse musculoskeletal presentations, providing a diagnosis and developing and delivering an individualized treatment programme Utilization of a variety of physio therapeutic modalities to enhance strength, flexibility and functional movement; education on condition, treatment options, pain management and self‑management strategies Developing individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation programmes tailored to each patient's needs and goals, evaluated using appropriate outcome measures About Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is a high‑performing organisation serving the population of Hackney, East London, The City and beyond.
