Responsibilities of Domiciliary Support Workers Support adults with learning disabilities & mental health conditions in their own homes. Help with skills development. Medication management in line with local guidelines. Assist with shopping and activities. Attend medical appointments. Maintain a caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference. Treat vulnerable people with care and respect. Be reliable, flexible, hardworking, and honest. Exhibit excellent communication and people skills. Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude. Commit to health and safety standards. Main Duties Support and care for a set number of Service Users in their own homes. Record information daily in documents and service user files. Prepare and serve meals and drinks as required. Assist with personal care. Provide emotional support. Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
