Business Relationship Manager – Harrods Location: Harrods Hammersmith, England, United Kingdom. About the Role Harrods is seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to act as a trusted advisor between IT and senior business stakeholders within our Product Domain. This pivotal role will shape technology strategies, manage demand pipelines, and oversee the delivery of solutions that drive operational excellence and innovation, primarily in the Supply Chain, Buying & Merchandising areas of our business. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to define roadmaps and prioritise initiatives as part of the annual IT Capital Investment process. Lead and develop a high-performing Business Analysis team. Drive ERP and Master Data strategies, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Support transformation projects, including our SAP S/4HANA migration and the business backlog demand arising from it. Champion innovation and process optimisation across supply chain, buying, and merchandising. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in retail ERP systems and Master Data governance. Excellent knowledge of E2E Supply Chain, Buying & Merchandising processes and supporting technologies. Excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic planning skills. Leadership experience managing teams and shaping business change. Familiarity with SAP and large-scale ERP implementations is essential. Maintain and optimise Agile tooling while supporting release planning and reporting to senior stakeholders. Champion innovation by integrating AI-driven tools and practices into the Agile lifecycle.
