You will be in a fast-paced environment where you will be able to think on your feet and adapt to different situations while also meeting all different types of people.Main duties of the jobTriage and screening inpatient and outpatient echo referrals, liaising with referrers and screening inappropriate requests in order to maximise the capacity of the service and provide a timely service for patients with the greatest clinical needs.Contribute to educational needs of the cardiology team, delivering practical and theoretical training and signing off PTPs, cardiac STP program, ETP program and registrars.Contribute to the wellbeing of cardiac physiologists, raising any concerns to the cardiac service physiology manager in a timely manner.Performing resting ECGs, Holter fitting, Holter analysis, physiology-led ETT.Invasive technical expertise will be expected in the catheter laboratories for coronary intervention, assisting in PCI, TPW and pacemaker implants.About usHere at NHS Professionals, we run England's largest NHS staff bank and are experts at putting people in places to care.
