As they continue to expand, they're looking for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join their technical team and take ownership of their most complex challenges.The RoleAs the 3rd Line Engineer, you'll be the technical expert and escalation point for the 2nd line team. This is a varied role where you'll split your time between resolving complex technical issues and delivering exciting client projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues from the 2nd line teamConduct in-depth technical investigations and implement sophisticated solutionsLead and participate in client-facing projects and infrastructure implementationsProvide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineersWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in a 3rd line or senior technical support roleStrong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to complex issuesExcellent communication skills for liaising with both technical teams and clientsExperience working on IT projects and infrastructure deploymentsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesWhat They OfferHybrid working: 3 days per week in our Birmingham officeOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding MSPWork on diverse projects across our client baseBe part of a supportive 45-strong service desk team #J-18808-Ljbffr
