Roles and Responsibilities You will be the face of this 100+ year old brand Greeting customers, creating rapport, understanding their needs and creating an unrivalled end-to-end experience, from ordering to delivery and beyond. You will be part of a dynamic team that is hungry for delivering on this customer experience. With industry-leading training, you will soon become an expert in all things interiors, world class service and will understand how to overdeliver on customer expectations.
