Job Title Assistant, Global Marketing Job Description The Assistant, Global Marketing ensures everything is well organised and running smoothly. This role reports to the Director of Content and Creator Marketing but supports the wider London team with administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early‑career marketer with strong organisational skills and an interest in music marketing. The role offers hands‑on experience in global marketing operations, cross‑functional collaboration, and exposure to innovative marketing strategies that drive artist discovery and fan engagement worldwide. Here You’ll Get To Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel coordination, expense processing, and correspondence. Support in organising internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, and circulating follow‑ups. Create purchase orders, track invoices, and liaise with Finance to ensure smooth budget management. Support with maintaining Airtable and other workflow tools to track ongoing projects, budgets, and key deliverables. Manage distribution lists, internal communications, and information sharing for the Global Marketing team. Team Support Assist with the collection and distribution of creative assets and performance data. Coordinate and deliver all team ticket buys and vinyl orders. Support with the planning and organisation of all internal team events. Actively communicate and collaborate with the New York‑based assistant to ensure cohesion and consistency. About You 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, entertainment, or creator/influencer‑related roles or internships. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment. Experience using workflow or project‑management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Monday.com). Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or equivalent. Familiarity with social and creator platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and an interest in the creator economy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. A proactive and collaborative mindset, eager to learn and contribute to high‑impact global marketing initiatives.
