Senior Associate Solicitor – Court of Protection Team This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate Solicitor ready to take the next step in their career, joining a successful and well-regarded Court of Protection team ranked in both Chambers and The Legal 500. The successful candidate will take a leadership role in managing the team and will contribute to shaping its future direction alongside existing partners. They will act as a director of the firm’s trust corporation, as well as a professional deputy and/or trustee. They will manage their own client relationships, act as decision-maker, and be supported by other members of the team. The role includes attending annual review meetings, investment meetings, and site/adaptation visits across England and Wales. A key aspect of the role will also be to mentor, coach and support the development of junior team members. We operate a hybrid working model. For this role, we anticipate a minimum of two days per week in our Reading office.
