Family Liaison Officer – Position Job Ref No. ECC8816910-234S Position Type: Teaching/Child Support Pay Range: £24,097.97 Start Date: 09/12/2025 Contract Type: Full-time Term: Fixed Application Close: 08/12/2025 Midnight Job Summary We are looking for a Family Liaison Officer to join our school. In this rewarding and community focused role, you will be instrumental in building meaningful links between the school and the families we support. You will work closely with parents and carers to encourage active involvement in their child's learning, growth and wellbeing, while identifying families who may benefit from additional guidance. Through tailored support including home visits and collaboration with school staff and external agencies you will help remove barriers to engagement, strengthen attendance, and connect families to wider educational and community services.
