Family Liaison Officer – Lift Clacton Full Time, Fixed term until August 2026 | 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year | December 2025 start. Responsibilities Build meaningful links between the school and families. Work closely with parents and carers to encourage active involvement in their child’s learning, growth, and wellbeing. Identify families who may benefit from additional guidance and provide tailored support, including home visits. Collaborate with school staff and external agencies to remove barriers to engagement, strengthen attendance, and connect families to wider educational and community services. About Lift Clacton Lift Clacton is a rapidly improving school located in the heart of the community and recently achieved ‘Good’ (June 2024).
