This role is for an exceptional D365 Supply Chain Consultant to join our dynamic Tech Europe department and work with a variety of cross functional teams. In this role, you will also be part of the high-performing team that delivers both technology and business transformation as we move to standardise the back office across Europe. You will be reporting into the Head of Back Office, and you will be expected to work with our cross-functional teams specifically in the Front Office & Back Office teams, business stakeholders engineering and DevOps squads, and stakeholders from across the company. Key Objectives Understand Business Processes and System Configuration - Gain a deep understanding of CCI's business processes, key stakeholders, and the specific features and configurations of D365 F&O. Collaborate with D365 Architect on Solution Review - Lead a comprehensive review of the current D365 solution to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, particularly focusing on new physical stock management processes. Support BAU D365 Team - Assist the BAU D365 support team in troubleshooting issues and proposing effective solutions. Implement and Optimize Physical Stock Management Processes -Successfully implement new physical stock management processes within D365 F&O, ensuring they align with business needs and best practices. Drive Continuous Improvement and Operational Stability - Deliver ongoing value through continuous improvement initiatives and maintain operational stability of D365 F&O. Enhance Stakeholder Engagement and Communication - Ensure stakeholders are continuously involved and informed about the progress and outcomes of D365 initiatives. What we’re looking for Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent. Extensive knowledge of supply chain best practices, especially in stock management, procurement, project management, master planning, and asset management. Proven ability to troubleshoot and design solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management Accounting, and Procurement modules. Exceptional communication skills, ensuring clear and simple interactions, effectively conveying information to stakeholders. Proactive in personal and professional development, continually enhancing skills, supporting team growth, and driving business improvement. Strong ethical standards, consistently acting with integrity and building trust within the organization and with Tech Europe colleagues. What’s in it for you?
