What You'll Do Plan, coordinate, and manage end‑to‑end software releases across multiple environments, including scheduling, dependency management, and cross‑team alignment. Lead release and deployment activities for application and infrastructure migrations to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), ensuring compliance, stability, and minimal disruption. Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth, well‑validated, and timely deployments. Implement, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to drive automation, improve release efficiency, and strengthen deployment quality. Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and rollback strategies to ensure secure, controlled, and reliable release and migration outcomes. What You Bring 10+ years of experience in software release management, deployment coordination, or related IT delivery functions. Deep knowledge and hands‑on experience with cloud migration strategies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Azure). Background in insurance or financial services, with a solid understanding of industry regulations, processes, and systems. Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑environment releases with a strong focus on risk mitigation, compliance, and cross‑team collaboration.
