Are you a passionate and nurturing SEND Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference this spring term?Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school that is seeking a dedicated TA to join their Inclusion Hub – a supportive space designed to help children with additional needs thrive both academically and emotionally. The Role As part of the Inclusion Hub team, you’ll work closely with the SENCO, class teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions in the Hub Supporting reintegration of pupils into mainstream classes where appropriate Creating a calm, safe and engaging learning environment Assisting with differentiated activities to meet individual learning plans (EHCPs) Working collaboratively with staff and external professionals to ensure every child can reach their full potential About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in supporting children with SEND (particularly in a primary setting) Patient, empathetic and adaptable in approach Confident working independently and as part of a team Knowledgeable about EHCPs and personalised learning strategies Ideally holds relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or similar) Why Join?
