Prospero are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible **Teaching Assistant** to work in a SEND Secondary School**specialist**supporting students with **additional learning needs**

You need to hold experience of working with KS2 KS3 and KS4 pupils, this post will focus on supporting life skills.

You will be able to demonstrate skills in relating to young people who have barriers to learning, and their learning needs.

You will be able to communicate and deal with pupils in a calm but firm manner in small groups or on a one to one basis, both in school, ensuring that every student is making progress in line with their ability.
