Job Overview Nursing Home Manager, up to £55,000 per annum Care Home Manager | Registered Manager | Matron • Elderly Care | Dementia Care | Nursing Home | Residential Care Job Description A permanent Nursing Home Manager post has become available in a reputable nursing home in Norwich that specialises in providing nursing care to the elderlyp> Up to £55,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications. Must have previous experience as a care home manager. Nursing, dementia and end‑of‑life care to the elderly, CQC: Good, Job reference: JO19559. Key Responsibilities Promote clinical and administrative arrangements, training and care planning within the home. Organise and motivate the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered. Maintain and monitor the health and welfare of residents. Liaise with other healthcare professionals (clients, GPs and other multi‑disciplinary team members). Ensure CQC National Minimum Standards regulations are met to secure the needs, welfare and social inclusion of the residents. Organise and attend regular staff meetings. Ensure the overall smooth, efficient and effective running of the care home at all times. Required Skills / Qualifications Previous experience as a Home Manager. Must hold RMA / NVQ5 or equivalent. Valid NMC PIN – RGN, RMN desirable but not essential. Experience in budgeting and recruitment. Passion for elderly care.
