With the autonomy to shape service quality and the backing of a committed provider, you'll have everything you need to achieve and maintain Good and Outstanding ratings. Responsibilities Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the residential and nursing home Maintain and improve CQC compliance, ensuring high-quality outcomes across the service Support and mentor staff to deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred care Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and stakeholders Oversee budgets, staffing, audits, and governance processes Drive continuous improvement and implement best practice care standards Represent the home as the Registered Manager with the CQC Qualifications Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings Registered Nurse qualification with NMC PIN or Level 5 Health & Social Care leadership qualification Must be registered with the CQC Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, safeguarding, and clinical governance Perks, Benefits & Reasons to Join Bonus scheme recognising performance and quality outcomes Annual leave increasing with length of service Paid DBS check Comprehensive training and induction to support your ongoing development Company pension scheme #J-18808-Ljbffr
