Hands‑on learning: Start by observing training courses, then co‑deliver sessions, and ultimately lead training sessions. Role Overview: Mandatory inductions and updates Practical skill assessments Ensuring colleagues are up to date and knowledgeable in delivering high‑quality care The successful candidate will be based in the Oxford area and will be expected to travel to Active Care Group sites and training venues within an approximate 100-mile radius including overnight stop overs. What you'll have: Training qualification i.e. Teaching & Assessing award L3, Mentorship award, Moving and Handling Trainer and/or Assessor, or willing to work towards. Minimum of 18 months of occupational competency in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with physical and/or neurological conditions. Strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Computer literate, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (travel may include overnight stays). Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
