Cleaver & Wake serves regularly changing lunch and dinner menus, and the venue also features an upstairs events space with panoramic city views, suitable for weddings, conferences, and private events for up to 200 guests. Role Purpose Fine Dining Sous Chef - Cleaver and Wake Contemporary British fine dining at the Island Quarter Up to 45K per annum, depending on experience Excellent career progression We are looking for an eager and enthusiastic Senior Sous Chef to join our talented team.
