Overview Work within Cheshire East's Family Hubs, supporting children aged 0‑19 (or up to 25 for young people with SEND). Gain hands‑on experience while completing a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Responsibilities Support families to receive timely and appropriate information tailored to their needs. Collaborate with Family Hub teams to provide high‑quality, integrated support services. Contribute to the transformation of services following a recent redesign aimed at improving outcomes for families. Develop communication, organisation and customer service skills within a public service setting. Receive mentoring and on‑the‑job training from experienced professionals in family and community services. Assist with the overall delivery of the Strong Start, Family Help and Integration Service. Qualifications Passionate about supporting children, young people and families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
