Nursery Apprentice

We are recruiting a bright, happy, intelligent apprentice to join our team of established staff. You will be paid the living wage. You will get the support you need to train to a Level 3 qualification which can get you accepted into a further career prospects at university.

Your previous acacemic and work history will be checked all the way back to school. A DBS will be obtained. We will require two relevant references from an academic and / or company from your last position in education or work. The DBS will check your citizenship and address.

Your role is to support the children in their play and socialisation, to help with their hygiene needs and support them whilst eating and drinking. As your training progresses you will learn to communicate effectively with parents and carers and document relevant information through observations of children. You will be supported by the room leaders and management team who will give you an allotted time to do coursework.

Bright Stars is an established day nursery in Crewe family run since 2007.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
