Create a warm, safe and tidy home environment that promotes wellbeing. Build trust whilst maintaining professional boundaries. Empower young people to develop skills such as cooking, travel, and self-care. Support care planning - contribute to risk assessments, positive behaviour plans, and individual goals. Keep accurate, reflective records and complete effective shift handovers. Administer medication, manage petty cash responsibly and ensure safety checks are completed. Drive company vehicles to transport young people to school, appointments, and activities.
