Our client – a leading UK consultancy specialising in water, infrastructure, and environmental design – is seeking a talented Senior or Principal Modeller to join their growing national team. You’ll lead and deliver a wide range of flood risk management, drainage, river restoration, and natural flood management projects, working alongside multidisciplinary teams in Environmental Planning, Ecology, and Infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading hydraulic modelling and hydrology components of major water and infrastructure projects Developing innovative methodologies aligned with best practice and client needs Managing project delivery – on time, within budget, and to a high technical standard Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in hydraulic modelling and hydrology, ideally supporting flood risk studies Excellent technical, communication, and project management skills A proactive, collaborative approach and passion for innovation Why Apply?
