As a Master Technician, you will be the technical cornerstone of the workshop, responsible for providing the highest level of service and fault resolution. Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Utilise your senior knowledge to carry out complex diagnostics, general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to the highest standard. Customer Communication: Be confident in liaising directly with our customers on technical issues, offering clear explanations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Operational Excellence: Effectively manage a high workload, working towards both team and individual targets while maintaining strict attention to detail. Qualifications Qualification: NVQ level 3 qualified in a relevant field or equivalent. Experience: Proven, extensive knowledge and experience working within a busy workshop environment. (Main dealership experience is preferred but not required). Commitment: The ability to manage a high workload, work towards targets, and maintain high attention to detail.
