Overview This role is an exciting opportunity to become part of the store management team by being involved in managing the store team in the absence of the Shop Manager / Deputy Manager. The post holder will be responsible for great customer service working with our fantastic volunteer team. As part of this role you will become a Key Holder and will receive a full management induction program. This role may lead to further promotion within Cancer Research Wales. Key Responsibilities Customer: Deliver Best in Town service through customer interaction. Lead the team by example and achieve great store standard. Support the Shop Manager / Deputy Manager to assist in always driving great customer service. Endeavour to strengthen and promote the Cancer Research Wales brand. Desirable requirements Hold a clean driving licence Have access to a car Where necessary travel by public transport.
