Meet the team behind the journeyWe're looking for a strategic procurement leader who will develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate high‑value contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure procurement aligns with the organisation's sales, marketing and strategic roadmap. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies for a portfolio of indirect categories to include Marketing, HR, Sales and Professional Services. Lead end‑to‑end sourcing events, including RFx/RFP processes, and conduct complex contract negotiations with suppliers to secure best value. Establish and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with suppliers, and manage their performance to ensure continuous improvement and value creation. Identify and execute cost‑saving opportunities through market analysis, strategic sourcing, and process optimisation. Collaborate closely with internal departments including Marketing, HR and Sales to understand their needs and align procurement activities with business objectives, while also ensuring the engagement of other departments including Legal, Finance, SecOps & Risk Management. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Provide leadership and mentorship to a procurement team, and drive strategic procurement decisions across the organisation. Work to implement, manage and improve procurement processes and tools. Required Experience and Qualifications 8+ years extensive experience in indirect category management, sourcing and commercial roles, preferably in the startup/scale‑up environment. Ability to lead high‑value vendor negotiations. Understanding of the current indirect landscape including marketing, sales and professional services pricing models. Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to influence leadership. Proven experience in working with various procurement platforms including Omenae, Workday, Netsuite, Jira. Experience in delivering and integrating procurement tools would be an advantage. Understanding of commercial contracts and an ability to support the Legal team in drafting the right commercial terms.
