We are supporting a Salisbury business to recruit an HR Administrator. This is a new role and essential in ensuring the smooth running of HR processes, systems and employee administration. As the new HR Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, processing documentation, and supporting the HR Manager with HR activities across the full employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities as the new HR Administrator Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases remain compliant and up to date. Process HR documentation including contracts, letters, and amendments. Coordinate new starter and leaver administration, including right-to-work checks and onboarding tasks. Collate and analyse HR data to support informed decision‑making. Maintain HR dashboards and management information systems.. Assist with HR projects and continuous process improvements. Support the HR Manager with ad-hoc tasks and projects. Skills and Experience needed Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Strong administrative capability (HR experience helpful but not essential). Proficient IT skills, particularly across MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, positive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
