Nursery Room Leader – Busy Bees Nurseries Join Busy Bees, the UK's leading nursery group with nearly 400 centres, to lead multiple nursery rooms and inspire a team to deliver high‑quality care and learning for young children. Overview This leadership role oversees the day‑to‑day operations of several rooms, ensuring the curriculum is delivered consistently across the centre while maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of age‑appropriate activities and curriculum in your rooms. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Foster a high‑performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration. Oversee development and wellbeing of children, tracking progress and communicating with parents. Serve as Key Person for a group of children, ensuring holistic development and personal care needs. Maintain health and safety standards, keeping the environment clean and secure. Ideal Candidate Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education. Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage (e.g., Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner). Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Passion for fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.
