Key responsibilities: Leading an established team: Inspire and support a passionate group of practitioners to deliver outstanding care and education Maintaining high standards: Ensure EYFS compliance and promote strong progress for all children Safeguarding and inclusion: Champion a safe, inclusive environment where every child thrives Building partnerships: Strengthen relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies Driving performance: Monitor occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance Developing your team: Conduct regular observations, appraisals, and support ongoing professional development Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a confident, experienced leader who is passionate about early years and committed to continuous improvement.
