Join to apply for the Female Deputy Project Manager role at Creative Support Up to £36,000 per annumWitham, EssexFull‑time Responsibilities Lead the operational management of a specialist registered care home for individuals with learning and/or physical disabilities. Work with the Registered Manager to ensure the service meets all CQC and contract requirements, demonstrating quality through comprehensive monitoring and auditing processes. Coordinate and monitor the delivery of personalized care plans, including intimate personal care, medication administration (including epilepsy rescue medication), moving and handling, and nutritional support. Promote a culture of responsive, person‑centred practice and active support across the service, building respectful relationships with clients and staff. Ensure seamless integration of care, support and housing experiences for the seven resident groups in three detached bungalows, maintaining a service rated as Good by the CQC. Qualifications Significant practitioner or management experience in services for people with learning and physical disabilities. Relevant professional qualification (e.g. Diploma in Social Work, RMN NVQ 3/4/5) and/or a degree level or postgraduate qualification. Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to pursue training and development opportunities.
