ABOUT THE ROLE This role is PERFECT for any keen individuals looking break into the world of Ecommerce within the fashion and streetwear space Working in and amongst all areas of the field, this role will give you exposure, tools and experience to boost your career Make an impact Specifically, this role will include, but is not limited to: Website Administration & Product SupportSupporting the eComm trade team by preparing all products for launch, including limited edition collaboration drops Ad hoc reporting tasks, merchandising, general department support and meeting attendance. Project ManagementAssisting the Project Manager with testing tasks for new website features, as well as helping to report bugs that need to be fixed by the developers. Digital MarketingHelping the busy digital marketing team with a variety of tasks - from working with the design team on email marketing briefs to building and preparing emails for deployment to our database. Customer ServicePitching in during busy periods to assist with any customer service overflow. Plus much, much more WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Qualification in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or related course would be highly regarded. 1-2 years similar experience in an Assistant/Coordinator role would be advantageous. Exposure to Magento and Google Analytics platforms would also be advantageous. Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Ability to read and interpret data. Task oriented with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strategic thinker with a hands‑on & curious mindset. Excellent communication skills. Capable of working cross-functionally with various stakeholders. High attention to detail. Strong organisational and planning skills, whilst being flexible enough to adapt to changes in plans. Willingness to roll up the sleeves and assist with all aspects of eCommerce.
