The Role We're hiring an Investment Associate to help source, evaluate, and execute software acquisitions. This is a high-impact role at the centre of Aries’ M&A engine. You'll work directly with founders, the leadership team, and external stakeholders across the full deal lifecycle - from sourcing to execution to post-acquisition value creation. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across private equity investing, operational strategy, and software growth — within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Source and evaluate software acquisition opportunities across Europe and beyond Conduct financial analysis, market research, and valuation modelling Lead and manage due diligence across legal, financial, commercial, and technical areas Support investment memos, committee prep, deal structuring, and negotiation Collaborate with portfolio companies post-acquisition on growth and integration Build sourcing relationships and strengthen Aries’ investment pipeline What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, VC, or corporate development Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (experience with SaaS preferred) Proven experience leading or supporting deal processes from end to end Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and commercial acumen Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, ownership-driven environment Why Join Aries Help build one of Europe’s most ambitious software platforms Work on live deals with a team of experienced investors and operators Shape the playbook for how we acquire, scale, and integrate SaaS companies High autonomy, high learning curve, and high impact Apply now Join Aries Global and help us reshape how software companies scale in the AI-native era. #J-18808-Ljbffr
