We are seeking a passionate, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented Key Account Manager to join our Brown Goods Sales Team. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who is committed to driving customer success and commercial growth. In this role, you will support the Retail & Distribution Channel Manager in developing and expanding existing accounts, while also identifying new business opportunities. You will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies across our Brown Goods portfolio, including TVs, Laser TVs, Soundbars, and Gaming Monitors. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets across key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail and distribution partners. Identify and secure new business opportunities across Brown Goods categories, including new distribution channels and B2B markets. Support accounts with promotional plans, marketing activities, training, and pricing proposals. Build and manage relationships with specialist monitor buying teams across existing retail partners Drive growth in the Hotel TV segment through close collaboration with distribution partners. Provide accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with product, demand planning, and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock availability. Present account performance, growth opportunities, and market insights at internal sales meetings. Analyse pricing, product trends, and market developments to inform commercial strategy and maximise ROI. Manage service, returns, and product quality issues in line with company policies. Work with Finance and Senior Management to resolve payment or credit issues, maintain SOAs, and support customer audits. Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows as required. Requirements 2+ years of relevant working experience in a sales account management role either within CE or FMCG, buying background will also be considered. Proven track record of achieving KPIs, sales targets, and managing accounts and budgets. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally. Excellent numeracy, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and exceed sales and profitability targets. Full UK driving licence. Ability to work from our Leeds office minimum 1–2 days per week.
