Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Relations Advisor to join the UK Employee Relations Team shaping and delivering ER projects and change management programmes across all areas of our business. Why Rolls‑Royce You will work with leaders, people partners and employee representatives to manage our Information & Consultation (I&C) obligations and our compliance to UK employment policy. You will manage the regular meetings agenda and materials and work with stakeholders to ensure the right topics are being covered. You will prepare the written materials for communication following the meetings. Additionally a key part of the role will be UK employment policy with the upcoming changes in the employment rights bill. You will work with the people team, external lawyers and the VPs of Employee Relations to deliver a defined programme of updates. What you will be doing Coach leaders on messaging and content and key issues likely to be raised by the employee representatives Review upcoming legislation, prepare papers and proposals on our approach and brief key stakeholders Support people partners on ER issues Support the ER change agenda working alongside ER team members and people partners Who we are looking for At Rolls‑Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. Experience of working with employee representatives across a breadth of ER topics. A confident relationship builder with advisory skills that are complemented by awareness of HR generalist issues. Ability to operate independently and work collaboratively. Experience of contributing to and delivering projects and skilled at working within an Integrated Project Team environment. Experience of supporting on ER queries considering the impact of ER on the wider HR and business change agenda and to operate with a pragmatic commercial and results‑oriented approach. Proven skills in influencing with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly through verbal and written communication to all levels in the organisation.
