Leading by example, you’ll guide projects through to completion, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern machinery to deliver furniture commissions that exceed client expectations and meet our exacting standards. Key responsibilities include: Work to deadlines while maintaining the highest quality Lead and support team members to achieve shared goals Uphold a professional and positive workshop environment About You To be considered for the role of Cabinetmaker and Team Leader, you will need to demonstrate: Excellent attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong knowledge of furniture‑making materials and processes Competence in the safe and skilled use of hand tools and woodworking machinery The ability to work from technical drawings with precision A professional and positive attitude at all times How To Apply If your skill set matches the above and you are excited about delivering some of the country’s finest projects, please reach out by clicking Apply.
