Our People Operations Team Coordinators keep our key HR processes and people administration work moving day to day and our systems in great shape, supporting the lifecycle of our employees at RSM.This is an important role for our team where you will have plenty of scope to make an impact.You’ll make an impact by :Producing and issuing letters relating to any changes during the employee lifecycle such as family leave, promotions, reward, secondments and changes to terms and conditionsEnsuring employee electronic records are accurate, complete and up to dateHaving full responsibility and management of the employee leaver processWhat we are looking for :We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate :Excellent attention to detail and ensuring accuracy of dataAbility to prioritise work tasks effectively based on urgency and importanceStrong administration and organisation skillsExperience of working as part of a team and independentlyExperience of developing and maintaining effective working relationshipsExperience of working within an HR department, providing first line HR advice and support is desirableWhat we can offer you :We recognise that our people are our most important assets.
