About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our thriving Corporate & Private Equity team in Cardiff.Working within the Corporate & Private Equity teamThe Corporate & Private Equity team’s main focus is on M&A and Private Equity transactions; we handle complex and high-value matters, and our clients are generally based in London, but also across the UK and internationally. We have offices in Cardiff, London, and Paris.
