We work with a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, multinational corporations, private equity firms, and institutional investors.The team has extensive experience across M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, regularly handling high-value and complex transactions across multiple sectors.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team that is committed to supporting your career development and professional growth.Key responsibilitiesLeading and managing M&A transactions, private equity deals, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory matters.Negotiating and drafting complex transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, investment agreements, and shareholder agreements.Managing due diligence processes, coordinating with specialist teams across tax, employment, banking, and real estate to ensure a seamless client service.Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic and commercially focused advice on corporate matters.Taking a leadership role in transactions, managing deal teams and acting as the primary client contact.Supporting business development and client relationship management, helping to grow the firm’s corporate practice and identify new opportunities.Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and trainees, contributing to their development and technical training.Keeping up to date with legal and regulatory developments, ensuring clients receive proactive and commercially sound advice.About youWe are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute senior associate with at least 6 years PQE in corporate law.
