We are seeking a talented Clinic Manager for our Brand New East Ham Clinic to lead and inspire a team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier client experiences. This role offers the opportunity to shape the clinic’s future while maintaining the highest standards of treatments and customer service. Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service and all times. Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic. Weekly 1-2-1's meetings with team members. Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets. Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievancemanagement. Staff Rostering/ Annual Leave management. Ad Hoc duties as required. Qualifications and Skills Management or Supervision Experience. Organisation and attention to detail skills. Mentoring. Customer Service experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
