Our client is the 7th largest Garden Centre group in the UK and represents a new wave of specialist horticultural and leisure retailers who are committed to offering the best quality products and service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Restaurant & Café Manager to oversee the refit and expansion of all food service areas at an established garden centre in Hockley. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day running of all food service areas. This role requires an individual who is "hands on", appreciates the importance of excellent customer service and can lead and motivate a dedicated team. Key Skills Previous catering management experience within a retail environment Experience working in and running a high‑volume catering unit The ability to control stock, profit & costs, budgets, and wastage Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills Benefits and Working Hours In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive a generous salary and daytime shifts (no late nights).
