As part of the Domestic Services Team, you will have access to the best-in-class domestic/inpatient catering training platforms to develop your skillsets in the cleaning and catering field.

You will work within a large, diverse workforce and support the maintaining of clean environments for a best patient experience.

**Shifts available**: Various. for both cleaning and inpatient catering

You will play a key role in ensuring our patients' care and experience is enhanced through creating a clean and comfortable environment for them and being a friendly face around the wards and hospitals, so if you are a people person this is a great role for you

Being able to work both independently and as part of a team will be an essential skill. Competency in using handheld devices is desirable, however training will be provided.

To clean all areas/wards/departments effectively in accordance with the areas risk rating and frequencies specified.

Clean infected room/areas on the ward in line with the Terminal Clean Policy

Change curtains in line with the curtain programme or as required for Terminal and deep clean processes.

Carry out all cleaning duties to the required National specification for Cleanliness (NSC) and ensure all operational documentations are filled in appropriately.

Respond to cleaning incidents/emergency as required by line management

Carry out standard clean to ensure all daily, weekly, periodic cleaning tasks are completed as scheduled by management.

Ordering of patients meals, distribution of meals and drinks including water jugs, cooking of meals maintaining hygiene standards at all times
