The roleAt NOVA, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Financial Wellbeing Partnerships Lead to build and scale our corporate wellbeing offering. This is a critical role where you will own the entire B2B partnerships channel, focusing on tech and professional services firms. You will bring our comprehensive financial wellbeing package — including expert-led workshops, confidential 1-to-1 sessions with qualified financial planners, and access to digital tools — to new corporate partners. This is an opportunity for a self-starter to build a vital growth engine for our business and tangibly improve the financial health of thousands of employees.
