About the RoleWe are looking for Night Life Practitioners to join our team at Suillean House in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. You will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live independent and fulfilling lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.The role includes use of a company vehicle to transport support recipients to shopping, meals, appointments and outings.
