As the first point of contact, you’ll be pivotal in resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their journey. In this position, you'll report directly to the Team Lead and be responsible for reviewing customer applications, consistently meeting quality standards while adhering to processes that lead to positive customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist applicants in navigating the loan application process, ensuring efficient fund access. Validate information provided by loan applicants to uphold responsible lending practices. Provide a customer‑centric approach, resolving queries promptly. Propose enhancements to processes and product features based on customer feedback. Use Lendable's quality assurance scorecard to maintain high standards. Identify and document customer satisfaction issues, responding or escalating appropriately. Achieve individual and team performance targets. Qualifications & Experience Strong communication skills. Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑first mindset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Highly efficient in juggling multiple cases and systems. Strong computer literacy. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus. Salary & Working Hours Salary Range: £10,800 – £11,200 per annum. Working Hours: 16 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays (8 hours across each day between 8 am – 8 pm). Work from Home Fully remote, with mandatory training in office Monday‑Friday for up to 20 days. Holidays & Training Annual leave: 90 hours. Training: 4 weeks long, held in London or Chatham office; 9:30 am – 5:30 pm; pay for training time. Interview Process Application & completion of application questions.
