Responsibilities Assist and help small business owners with queries about funding. Provide customer support to borrowers, helping them understand what Funding Circle can offer for growth and expansion needs. Answer initial enquiries via email or telephone. Deal with inbound enquiries, answer borrowers’ questions via telephone or email. Request information from borrowers by email or telephone. Update the Salesforce CRM system with all relevant information to move loan applications through the funnel. Develop strong working relationships with 3rd‑party suppliers and FC internal departments. Support the Direct business reporting by keeping information accurate and updated. Proactively problem‑solve, identify and mitigate any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in day‑to‑day work.
