Through a period of rapid growth, we need a proactive, solutions‑focused Warehouse Manager to lead and support our busy warehouse operation. Key responsibilities Develop, monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence. Provide strong, hands‑on leadership to warehouse teams, ensuring the team of supervisors and operatives (c120) are motivated, supported and performing at their best. Identify opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Plan and manage rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels across all shifts.
